Debating Hate Speech: Legal & Ethical Perspectives

This course examines the complex legal and ethical arguments surrounding hate speech regulation. It explores various scholarly criticisms, including the concept of viewpoint discrimination and the potential for laws to be used for the persecution of minority viewpoints.
